Questions and answers
Property Care FAQ.
These answers explain the current idea and limits of this work-in-progress service.
Are you a licensed home inspector?
No. I provide simple visual observations and photo updates, not a professional home inspection, code inspection, appraisal, engineering report, or legal certification.
What can you check?
I can look at approved accessible areas for obvious concerns such as open doors, visible leaks, damage, thermostat displays, trash, or other items listed in the request.
Can you diagnose or repair major problems?
No. I may point out something that appears concerning, but licensed or specialized professionals should diagnose and repair major issues.
Can you enter a property when nobody is there?
Only with clear lawful authorization and an approved access arrangement. Final access procedures will be developed before full launch.
Will you handle alarm or door codes?
The final system may include a secure method, but customers should not send sensitive codes through unsecured public forms or comments.
Do you provide emergency service?
No. For fire, gas leaks, break-ins, flooding, electrical hazards, or immediate danger, contact emergency services or the appropriate licensed professional.
Can you clean the property?
Only limited light reset or tidying may be considered. I am not offering full housekeeping or professional cleaning through this service.
Can you buy supplies?
Possibly, when agreed in advance. Item costs, delivery, and purchasing time may be added to the service price.
Is a request automatically confirmed?
No. I must review and accept the request before any visit is confirmed.
